Two completely different pictures, places and from different eras…

The first is the only standing walls (the rear wall) of the Lakshmi Narayan Temple inside the Kangra Fort, which was destroyed in the earthquake in 1905. The Kangra fort in Himachal Pradesh is one of the oldest dated forts in India. the view of the wall is from the palace ramparts.


The second picture is of an abandoned house in LAMCO’s Buchanan township in Liberia. The dilapidated condition of the house is due to the Civil wars in Liberia.

Ironically, I moved into the same house two years after the picture was clicked completely renovated.
